Portland’s Public Health Division Teams Up To Provide Flu Vaccine Clinics This Fall
This month, Portland Public Health Division, working with its partners, will offer no-cost flu vaccine opportunities at various locations.

The City of Portland’s Public Health Division, in collaboration with the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Northern Light Home Care & Hospice, Greater Portland Health, and MaineHealth Care at Home, announces the availability of public influenza (flu) vaccination opportunities in Portland.

Beginning this month, Portland Public Health Division, working with its partners, will offer no-cost flu vaccine opportunities at various locations. Additional flu clinics are being conducted at area businesses, at Portland Housing Authority sites, homeless shelters, and assisted living facilities.
“It will be especially important this year, in light of the presence of COVID-19 in our community, that as many people as possible receive their flu vaccine,” said Bob Fowler, Portland’s Public Health Director.

Public flu clinics will be free and available to the public at the following locations and times:
Location: Monument Square
Date: 09/23/20
Time: 1:00-4:00 PM
Location: City Hall, Room 24 (Myrtle Street entrance)
Date: 10/5/20
Time: 12:00-6:00 PM
