More than 20 colleges and universities in Maine and beyond will be represented at the fall Transfer Fair where students can learn about transfer opportunities after graduation.

The fair is scheduled from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28, in the Campus Center.
“Students can do some one-stop shopping and learn about the offerings of many schools simply by stopping by the fair,” said Addie LaRoche, SMCC’s Director of Career and Transfer Services. “Students can learn about academic programs, financial aid, student life and other things that will be part of their decision process when figuring out where they want to transfer.”

This year’s participants include public and private schools, both small and large, from across Maine and New England. There will even be an information table for a university in Italy.
