Spinnaker Trust Promotes Three to Senior Vice President

Portland, Maine (February 9, 2024) - Spinnaker Trust is pleased to
announce the promotion of three client advisors to Senior Vice President: Eben
Jose, CFA, Client Advisor and Director of Private Markets, Laura
Pfeiffenberger, ASA, ESOP Client Advisor, and Laura Kate McHugh, CFP®, Client
Advisor.

Eben Jose, CFA, joined Spinnaker Trust in 2014. As a Client Advisor and Director of
Private Markets, Eben works directly with families to address their long-term
investment needs and help achieve their financial goals. Additionally, he
oversees the firm’s public and private alternative investments. Eben has more
than a decade of experience working in finance and received his bachelor’s
degree from Boston College.

Laura Pfeiffenberger, ASA, joined Spinnaker Trust in 2020 as an ESOP Client
Advisor. Laura helps to provide her clients with comprehensive trustee services
and serves the firm’s more than 60 ESOP clients. Laura has over two decades of
experience in valuing privately-held companies for a variety of purposes,
including ESOP administration services. Laura received her bachelor’s degree
from Wesleyan University and her MBA and MSA from the University of Southern
Maine.

Laura Kate McHugh, CFP®, joined Spinnaker in 2017. As a Client Advisor, Laura
collaborates with clients to define their vision, build wealth, and protect it.
As part of a team of investment, tax, trust and estate planning experts, she
helps clients set a path to reach their financial goals. Laura has more than a
decade of experience in portfolio management. She received her bachelor’s
degree from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of Southern
Maine.
