Aberdeen Arson: High-End Car Torched, Fire Marshal Says
A 2015 McLaren 650S Spider was allegedly set on fire with a road flare in Harford County Friday night.

ABERDEEN, MD — An arson investigation is underway after a car that retails for more than $200,000 was torched Friday night in Aberdeen.
The owner of the 2015 McLaren 650S Spider discovered the fire at 8:22 p.m., according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, who said 10 members of the Aberdeen Fire Department put out the blaze in 20 minutes.
The passenger car was located in front of 1040 Hardees Drive, Suite E, in Aberdeen at the time.

Upon investigation, authorities determined someone broke into the car and used a road flare to set the interior ablaze.
There was $300,000 in damage as a result, according to officials.
