After a crash was reported on Walmart Way at US Route 40 Tuesday afternoon, the <a href="http://www.aberdeenpolice.org/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Aberdeen Police Department</a> issued a traffic alert. It advised drivers to "expect a delay" and "use caution in the area," <a href="https://twitter.com/AberdeenPD/status/392693981462536192" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">in a message</a> at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday. Police said the vehicle crash required a rescue. By 1:30 p.m., the crash scene had cleared and there was no traffic issue in the area.
