Good Shepherd Students Accepted to the Science and Mathematics Academy at Aberdeen High School

Congratulations to Emily Byers and Connor Ragan, Good Shepherd School eighth graders, on their recent acceptance to the Science and Mathematics Academy at Aberdeen High School.  The academy is a school within a school magnet program for academically talented students with educational experiences that integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics beyond a traditional advanced program.  Admission to this program is very competitive.  Hundreds of students apply each year for the 55 seats in the freshman class.  Their acceptance is a testament to their ability, dedication, parental support and encouragement, and their education at Good Shepherd School.
