Delegate Glen Glass will be holding a Press Conference regarding
House Bill 878 - Public Utilities - Smart Meters - Opt-Out Option   

This bill will give Marylanders the ability to ‘opt-out’ of the installation
of the Smart Meter campaign by the utility companies.
