New-Service Training Employment Program, Inc.

New-Service Training Employment Program (N-STEP), Inc., a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, is a national initiative to assist and support adolescents and adults in workforce development to obtain sustainable employment through training, tutoring, and mentoring. N-STEP provides job readiness training, develop career planning pathways and exploration, and assist in employment information and opportunities. Through strategic partnerships, N-STEP offers Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) engagement activities, General Equivalency Diploma and Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) tutoring, and college and career readiness coaching. Each step we take is to support an individual’s personal and professional development!


Our goal is to make a positive impact on the individual, community, and economy through development and implementation of our Career and Life Readiness Program designed to expose, educate, connect, and assist each individual with wellnesses, community resources, economic opportunities, and information as we “Prepare You Today For Tomorrow’s Careers”.
