This high-energy career expo is designed to bridge the gap between Harford County’s youth and the professionals leading the beauty and wellness sectors.

N-STEP's goal is to foster an inclusive environment where participants of all ages and genders can explore diverse career pathways, from the artistry of hair and the science of skincare to the business of wellness.
