CASA of Harford County will be honoring Child Abuse Prevention Month on April 23, 2014 with a ceremony and candlelight vigil. The ceremony begins at 6:45 at the Circuit Courthouse in Bel Air on the second floor and the vigil will take place outside immediately following the brief ceremony. This is open to the entire community.
