The Aberdeen Fire Department would like to extend a community wide invitation to attend their new main fire station dedication ceremony and open house to be held at 21 North Rogers Street. The event will take place on Saturday the 25th of September 2021 beginning with the dedication ceremony at 11:00 AM followed by the open house at 1200 noon. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a day around the fire station.Open house events and activities will include an automobile extrication demonstration, rescue demonstration from the three-story training tower, fire prevention displays, the State Fire Marshal arson detection canine and bomb robot, Harford County Emergency Operations display and 911 information, Judy Hinch benevolent fund “Fill the Boot” campaign, bounce house, face painting, balloon animals, static emergency vehicle and equipment displays, station tours, hot dogs and chips, and fire truck rides.
