Cool autumn breezes and crisp auburn leaves mean only one thing: Fall is upon us and the spooky season has commenced! While Halloween is not an official city-sponsored event, we'd like to encourage all residents to practice safe holiday trick or treating on October 31st between the hours of 5PM and 8PM. Don't forget to join us at Festival Park on Thursday, October 28th between 4-7PM for a Trunk or Treat bash!
