County Council Seeks Input from Harford Residents on 3 Issues
Public hearings this week are on solar tax credits, land preservation/parks and recreation and the water and sewer plan.

Before the County Council convenes Tuesday in Bel Air for its regular meeting, it welcomes citizens to share their feedback on issues up for votes.
At 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, members of the public are invited to weigh in on these three pieces of legislation:
- Bill 13-14 Solar Tax Credit
- Bill 13-15 Land Preservation, Parks & Recreation Plan
- Resolution 9-13 Water and Sewer Plan Spring 2013 Update

Public hearings will be in council chambers at 212 South Bond Street in Bel Air. Hearings are at 7 p.m., before the April 2 council meeting, which begins at 7:30 p.m.
