Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling extraordinaire James Brasco is coming to APG Athletic Center to conduct a Mixed Martial Arts seminar.
Brasco will demonstrate various martial arts techniques including the lates Jiu-Jitsu and MMA quick winning moves. A seminar demonstrating anti-bullying and self-defense techniques will also be taught by Brasco.
