Tobacco Cessation Classes

Summertime is here and what a great time to stop using tobacco. We all love to have our windows open or take a walk and breathe fresh clean air. If you have ever thought about quitting tobacco, now is a good time to start. Most people can't stop on their own but just a little help could get you to the smoke-free place you want to be for you and your family. The Harford County Health Department offers NO COST tobacco cessation classes to all users who want to quit. Nicotine patches, lozenges or gum may be availabe at no cost to those who qualify. Please call (410) 612-1781 weekdays to register for these classes.
