LASOS is taking the lead again this year in presenting the "Harford Games". The John Carroll School, 703 E. Churchville Rd., Bel Air will be the site of this event with a rain date of May 24. Designated to provide a youth leadership experience for children ages 10-18, it will involve relays, an obstacle course, archery and mind jogging challenges. Kids can be registered as a team of 4 ($20 per person) or on their own ($22) and they will be partnered up. Age groups are: 10-12, 12-14, 14-16, and 16-18. The Golden Arrow prize will be awarded to top winners in each category while each entrant will receive a t-shirt. Water will be available throughout the day.
This event is being supported by Harford County Community Services, Harford Community College, Harford Chamber of Commerce, APGFCU, Office of Drug Control Policy and the Harford County Sheriff's Department.
