Have You Seen Shirtless Man with Bloody Face in Jarrettsville?
A victim was missing from the scene of a crash, Harford County first responders said.

Firefighters and police officers were looking for a man they say ran from a crash in Jarrettsville Thursday afternoon.
At approximately 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, crews were dispatched to a crash at the north end of Sharon Road at Rocks Road/MD Route 24, according to the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
A vehicle had crashed into a pole, according to the association.

The association reported after 2 p.m. that first responders were looking for a man in his sixties who was seen running from a crash near Rocks Road and Fern Cliff Drive.
He had no shirt on, was wearing gray shorts and had a bloody face, according to the report.

At 3:30 p.m., Maryland State Police—the lead agency investigating the crash—called off the search, the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association reported.
Anyone who sees the man should contact 911.
“There is no immediate threat to anyone in the area,” Price said, stating that authorities wanted to ensure the man was OK.
