Homicide Under Investigation in Street: Harford Sheriff

A man was killed in a home invasion in Street Monday morning, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Thomas Anderson, 38, was found dead in his home in the 1200 block of Trappe Road, according to the report.

After 1 a.m. on Monday, deputies responded to the 1200 block of Trappe Road for a reported home invasion, where Thomas Anderson, 38, was deceased in his residence, the sheriff’s office reported.

Witnesses told police that several people whose identities were not known broke into the front door and confronted Anderson, who was shot in the upper torso during the confrontation and died from his injuries, according to the report.

After the suspects left, a family member inside the home called 911, according to Lt. W. Michael Crabbs of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
