Horse Rescue Drew First Responders to Perryman: Officials

BREAKING: Technical rescuers were called to help a horse in Harford County Tuesday night, officials said.

ABERDEEN, MD — The Harford County Technical Rescue Team and Aberdeen Fire Department were dispatched to a horse rescue Tuesday night, emergency officials reported.

First responders were called to the 100 block of Fords Lane to assist with a horse at approximately 6 p.m., according to Jen Chenworth, spokeswoman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.

Once the vet arrived and took over, emergency officials dispersed and were clearing the scene after 6:30 p.m., Chenworth said.
