We will be crafting a treatment plan to address:

Clutter: TOO MUCH stuff whether it is physical, time or mental clutter can weigh you down and lead to stress, financial burden, lateness and rushing around, not enough space and difficulty finding things.

Stress: TOO MUCH stress is not a normal state to live in but yet we do. What are the causes of stress, the effects and how can we reduce this seemingly ever-present condition in our lives?

Weight: TOO MUCH weight is clearly a burden for many in our society. You need only look at the magazines, ads, books and tv shows for a plethora of get slim quick offers. But the fad diets do not work. What is a healthy diet or a healthy weight and how can you bring yourself to neutral on this issue?
