Lizard Found In Aberdeen, Police Seek Owner
A reptile wandered away from home, and Aberdeen Police attempt to steer the creature back to safety.

ABERDEEN, MD β Police often issue lookouts for missing or unidentified persons. On Thursday, the Aberdeen Police Department put out word of a different kind of scenario: A lizard had been found.
Public works crews found the "lil fella" on Allendale around 11:30 a.m., Aberdeen police said.
He was taken to City Hall for safe keeping and will be there for a short time.

The owner may claim the lizard until 5 p.m. on Thursday at City Hall, 60 North Parke Street, Aberdeen.
If the owner has not come forward, police said the lizard will go to Chadwell Animal Hospital, 3004 Emmorton Road, Abingdon.
