Power Outages Temporarily Hit Some Harford Schools: Aberdeen Police

Parts of Aberdeen were experiencing outages amid rainstorm Wednesday morning, police reported.

ABERDEEN, MD — Power outages were reported in western Aberdeen, police said Wednesday morning.

Some Harford County Public Schools were impacted by the utility issue, the Aberdeen Police said in a statement at approximately 10:30 a.m. Police reported that students and staff were OK.

In Harford County BGE was showing six customers without power, off Snake Lane and Baltimore Street in Aberdeen.

By noon, police reported power had been restored to most of the area, including the schools.

Rain and fog blanketed the region Wednesday morning.
