DH: I usually pray a lot before my games and ask God to give me strength to perform. I try not to get on the Internet and look at what people are saying and just listen to music. I listen to Wale and Yo Gotti.
Patch: How have you improved your game for this season?
DH: During the offseason and in season I lift, run and just work on my game. And not only improving myself but helping my teammates improve as well.
Patch: What do you do for the team?
DH: I play guard, but wherever they need me is where I'll play. I'll do whatever it takes to help my team win.
Patch: What do you take away from the loss to Altholton in the season opener?
DH: If we took away some missed opportunities, then we would have won. We turned the ball over too many times, missed some free throws.
Patch: How do you bounce back from a loss like that?
DH: We bounce back by going 100 percent in practice until our next game and redeem ourselves.
Patch: What's your outlook on the season?
DH: This game didn't change my outlook on a championship season. You win some, you lose some. I think we're going to have a fun year if we execute.
