BREAKING: Police in Aberdeen urge drivers to avoid the area of Route 40 at Franklin Street.
ABERDEEN, MD — A crash on Route 40 is snarling traffic Tuesday in Aberdeen police said. After 3:30 p.m., police advised drivers to avoid the area of Route 40 at Franklin Street.
One lane was open because of the crash, which police said happened on eastbound Route 40 near Wawa.
