WEATHER ALERT: Roads Are Icy, Freezing Rain Advisory in Effect
Harford County Emergency Manager Rick Ayers said there were multiple crashes Sunday morning.

Harford County Emergency Management issued the following message the morning of Sunday, Jan. 18:
Good morning this is Emergency Manager Rick Ayers with an emergency message.
There are multiple accidents with injuries this morning because of icy road[s].

The National Weather Service issued a freezing rain advisory until 10 a.m. Sunday for Harford, Carroll and Baltimore counties.
Freezing rain will cause a trace of ice on roads and make for slippery conditions, according to the advisory.
