Cass Naugle received a commendation for 34 years of services as the executive director of the Alzheimer's Association's Greater Maryland Chapter at the April 30 Memory Ball Dancing Stars at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel. The gala that mirror's Dancing with the Stars began during Naugle's tenure, raising $750,000 at the night's event.

The pandemic delayed in-person recognition of Naugle who trailblazed for services in Maryland for affected families.

The award was presented by Board President JR Paterakis and current Executive Director David McShea.
