New devices can help with dementia caregiving

Register for the Alzheimer's Association's virtual Technology for Memory and Mind on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, 3 to 4:30 p.m. ET. Demonstrated devices help with daily dementia caregiving, streamlining tasks. Eligible families may qualify to receive some devices at no cost.

Maryland Assistive Technology Program (MDATP) and Maryland Accessible Telecommunications (MAT) programs will discuss various telecommunication devices and assistive technology that can assist individuals with memory care needs, and their families and caregivers. A variety of assistive technologies increase safety connecting to 911, give access to friends and family, and promote quality of life.
