2 Seats Open On Chesapeake Bay Bridge Reconstruction Group

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — Residents of Anne Arundel County are encouraged to apply for one of two open seats on the newly created Chesapeake Bay Bridge Reconstruction Advisory Group.

The state advisory group consists of a variety of state officials and Queen Anne's County and Anne Arundel County citizens. Duties of the group are, in general, to provide the Maryland Transportation Authority with an independent, citizen-informed perspective on operations at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, assist in assessing potential concerns about activity relating to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, assist in educating the general public about activity relating to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and provide pertinent input related to traffic and customer service issues.

Members are expected to attend meetings and work with others to achieve the goals of CBBRAG. Applications must be completed and a copy of a resume or CV emailed to JoAnne Gray at jgray@aacounty.org by noon on June 29.
