Accused Drug Dealer Found Asleep At Wheel: Police
A Glen Burnie man faces drug charges after police reportedly found him asleep in his car in Brooklyn Park with $7K worth of drugs inside.
BROOKLYN PARK, MD — A Glen Burnie man faces drug and weapons charges after police reportedly found him asleep in his car in Brooklyn Park with nearly $17,000 worth of drugs and cash inside. Corey David Martin, 22, of the 200 block Warfield Road, was arrested early Tuesday morning.
An Anne Arundel County Police officer spotted Martin about 4 a.m. asleep behind the wheel of a 2006 Acura parked along the curb at Chatham Road and 11th Avenue in Brooklyn Park. The officer spelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and reportedly saw contraband in plain view.
