ANNAPOLIS, MD — Anne Arundel police are asking the public's help as a part of their #DigitalDetectives campaign. If you know this man or have seen him, police want you to let them know.
The man in the grainy photo is suspected of using a stolen credit card at a Target store in Annapolis. Police acknowledged the poor quality of the image, adding a hashtag #YesThisIsTheBestPicWeHave.
