ANNAPOLIS, MD — A two-story brick property in Annapolis' historic district has sold for $7.2 million.
The sale of the 18 Church Circle building in downtown Annapolis was officially settled Thursday after being finalized by the Hyatt Commercial real estate firm.
“Downtown Annapolis continues to attract strong investor interest because of its historic character, walkability, and long-term market fundamentals,” Cecil Cummins, Hyatt Commercial's executive vice president, said in a statement.
“In addition, this transaction gave the buyer an opportunity to acquire a premier asset with stable cash flow and a well-established tenant.”
Ownership was transferred to the 18 Church Circle, LLC.
The 8,140-square-foot commercial property is home to the Acqua Al 2 restaurant, which officials say won't be impacted by the sale.
The Italian restaurant has 11 years left on its current lease.
