The off-market listing requires a non-disclosure agreement before revealing the restaurant's identity, but public details highlight its sizable seating, expanded patio and bar, dedicated parking, and recent renovations.
2. Annapolis Race Brings Road Closures This Weekend: What To Know (patch.com) — Annapolis residents should prepare for rolling road closures and parking restrictions Sunday morning as thousands of runners tackle the 51st Annual Annapolis Ten Mile Run, starting and ending at Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Key routes through Historic Downtown and around Rowe Boulevard, Taylor Avenue, and the Naval Academy Bridge will see timed closures, with police managing metered neighborhood access and detours.
3. $105.8 Million Robinwood Redevelopment Moves Forward in Annapolis (eyeonannapolis.net) — A $105.8 million overhaul of Annapolis' Robinwood public housing community is moving ahead, promising new apartments, senior housing, and a community center while guaranteeing residents the right to return. The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis, working with city, county, state, and federal partners, expects first-phase financing to close in summer 2027, with construction plans to follow.
4. MVA reviewing vehicle records as more Maryland drivers could be owed registration refunds (wmar2news.com) — From Annapolis, state officials say the MVA is combing through vehicle records to find Maryland drivers who were overcharged registration fees because of incorrect shipping weights. Working with a third-party data provider, the agency expects to finish its review by late October, and urges anyone who suspects an error to contact MVA for a record check and possible refund.
5. 60+ MD Groups Urge Moore, Legislature to Pass Data Center Moratorium (foodandwaterwatch.org) — Advocacy groups are pressing Maryland's governor and lawmakers in Annapolis to enact a moratorium on new hyperscale data centers, citing threats to water, energy costs, and climate goals. With the General Assembly set to return to Annapolis in January 2027, organizers want legislators to commit now to stronger protections for communities, public health, and the environment.
