ANNAPOLIS, MD — An investment group closed on a multimillion-dollar deal for an Annapolis office building near the Timber Creek community this month.
Hyatt Commercial said in a release that a group led by Dark Horse Development scooped up Building 1000 at 2661 Riva Road for $6 million. The deal closed Oct. 1.
The property offers more than 51,000 square feet of space and serves as the anchor building for the Riva 400 Office Park site.
"The property generated significant interest from owner-occupant buyers," Cecil Cummins, executive vice president of Hyatt Commercial, said in a statement.
"Ultimately, we were able to align a strong investment group with a lead tenant, creating a successful transaction that delivered value to the seller, buyer, and tenant-investor alike."
The sale marks Hyatt Commercial's third such sale in the past two years.
