ANNAPOLIS, MD — Three commercial buildings located minutes from the Annapolis Town Center are under new ownership after officials closed on a $6.8 million deal.
Hyatt Commercial said in a Thursday release that the sale included the following properties:
About Kitchen and Euro Motor Clinic individually occupy the Hudson Street properties. The office building hosts a variety of tenants, including a pediatric health clinic and a branch of the Maryland Legal Aid.
"The location and existing tenants made these properties an appealing investment opportunity," Eddie Trujillo, senior vice president at Hyatt Commercial, said in a statement.
"Dee Corporation maintained the properties well, and the recent renovations to the West Street building added to that appeal."
The costly deal was closed Aug. 31, according to the real estate company.
Officials did not identify the buyer but did state they were a local investor. Plans are in place to retain the existing tenants as the buyer looks to manage the properties directly.
