Annapolis Baseball Club Wins 6 State Awards
Ruth's Baseball Ideals Baseball Club coach John Pineau won the outstanding baseball coach award.

Annapolis’ Ruth’s Baseball Ideals team members recently took home six 2014 Maryland State Amateur Athletic Union baseball awards.
Two more awards were presented to the coach and assistant coach of Ruth’s Baseball Ideals. Head coach John Pineau won the outstanding baseball coach award, and Ramone Pinelas won the outstanding assistant baseball coach award.
“I am thrilled to be honored by the AAU Maryland District and club administrator for head coach of the year -- and even more excited to see that our entire baseball program has received accolades for its incredible performance over the past year,” Pineau said in a news release.

Other award winners are:
- Most Valuable Player: Tony McGuire
- Outstanding Player: Billy Albaugh, Josh Clark, Pat Livesay and Justin McNeil
- Outstanding Leadership Award: Connor Graham

Award winners and coaches will be honored at a banquet hosted by the Maryland District of the Amateur Athletic Union on Sunday, Nov. 9.
