Annapolis Cribs: Phillips Seafood Owner's Estate

This week, we’re taking an in-depth look at The Friary on the Severn in Annapolis. (Yes, this home has its own name.) Business Insider reported it's the second most expensive house on the market in Maryland with a price tag of $32 million.

The estate is owned Phillips Foods and Seafood Restaurants CEO Steve Phillips, who Phillips Crab Deck at City Dock. The sprawling 23-acre waterfront estate is 26,000 square feet and boasts 10 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and three fireplaces, as reported by AOL Real Estate.

Other amenities include a wine cellar, steam room, indoor pool, staff quarters, tennis court and, of course, a private boat dock.
