Annapolis Crime Report: Armed Man Charged with Drug Dealing

Plus thieves forced open a car door to swipe an iPod and and Coach wallet, according to Annapolis Police reports.

Good News – On 11/05 Officers arrested Dajuan Hill, 24, of Annapolis for carrying a loaded handgun. At 3:30pm a citizen called the police and said they saw a man, later identified as Hill, with a handgun in his waistband. The citizen gave a description of the vehicle Hill got into and officers located the vehicle and stopped it in the 1000 block of President St. Hill was a passenger in the vehicle and the driver, an adult female, gave officers permission to search the vehicle. A loaded gun was found under the seat Hill was sitting in and a plastic container with marijuana residue, empty clear plastic bags, and a digital scale was found on the seat Hill was sitting in. Hill was arrested and two clear plastic bags containing marijuana were found on his person. Hill was charged with possession of a handgun, possession of a handgun in a vehicle, possession of CDS with intent to distribute, and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Hill was released by the District Court Commissioner on his own recognizance.

Theft from Vehicle – Unit block of Dogwood Rd – 11/04 at 6pm to 11/05 at 8:30am: A grey Apple iPod and a tan and white Coach wallet were stolen after the door to the vehicle was forced open.

Robbery – 1200 block of Graff Ct – 11/02 at 7pm: A 16 year old male juvenile reported that two male suspects he knows punched and kicked him and took his necklace.

Burglary – 1800 block of Forest Dr – 11/05 at 7pm to 11/06 at 12:01pm: Money was stolen from the business after an office door was forced open.
