The Prepare Me Annapolis app is a tool to keep the public informed, said Kevin Simmons, director of the Office of Emergency Management.

“The city already takes advantages of the CodeRED community notification system, Facebook, Twitter, and www.annapolis.gov, and Prepare Me Annapolis is yet another way Annapolitans can receive information they need to know for their families, neighbors, friends and businesses,” he said.

The app can be downloaded for free in the Apple Store for iPhone users or on Google Play for Android users.
