Annapolis Man Arrested, Charged With Murder: Police

Keshawn Howard, 22, of Annapolis has been charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder, and first- and second-degree assault.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Keshawn Howard, 22, of Annapolis was arrested Dec. 19 and charged with attempted first and second degree murder, first and second degree assault, and four other charges relating to a Dec. 16 incident. Annapolis officers responded to the 1100 block of Madison Street at approximately 2:50 p.m. for reports of shots fired, but no suspects or victims could be found.

Since then, officers determined Howard was the suspect who fired a handgun at another person. He is being held without bond. The victim has not been identified.
