Annapolis Man Shot, Wounded: Police
A man was shot on an Annapolis street Thursday night; police are searching for a suspect.
ANNAPOLIS, MD — An Annapolis man is being treated at an area hospital for a gunshot wound after Annapolis Police officers found him injured in the 800 block of Brooke Court. Just before 10 p.m. Thursday, police received reports of shots fired in the area and found the victim outside.
The 32-year-old shooting victim was shot outside, police say. He was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Officers searched the area with help from a K-9 unit and the Anne Arundel County Air Unit, but did not locate a suspect.
