An Annapolis watering hole is in the running for Maryland’s favorite bar or tavern in an annual competition to select the state’s top restaurants, bars and chefs.
Galway Bay Irish Pub in Annapolis was nominated for “Best Bar or Tavern” in the Restaurant Association of Maryland’s “State of the Industry Awards.”
Others on the list are Birroteca in Bel Air, Dogfish Head Alehouse in Gaithersburg, Kooper’s Tavern in Baltimore, and River Hill Sports Grille in Clarksville.
