Annapolis Senior Activity Center Wins National Photo Contest
What will the winning photo be used for?
The Annapolis Senior Activity Center is the winner of the 2014 Falls Free Photo Contest.
The winning image depicts Tai Chi students at the center performing the “golden rooster” pose.
Many of the members have found Tai Chi to be a senior-friendly exercise program that helps with balance, flexibility and breathing, according to a news release.

The winning photograph will be used to promote Falls Prevention Awareness Day on September 23, a day seeking to raise awareness on how to prevent older adults from suffering fall-related injuries.
