Anne Arundel County Fair Weekend: Schedule of Events, Headliner Brandon Lay, Tickets
Anne Arundel County Fair 2017 runs through Sunday, Sept. 17, with rides, 4-H exhibits, animals, Oracle Band and Brandon Lay.

CROWNSVILLE, MD — The 2017 Anne Arundel County Fair runs through Sunday, Sept. 17, featuring a Dance Night with Oracle, a rock and roll oldies show, magic acts, and a circus school.
The event held at 1450 General’s Highway (Route 178) in Crownsville dates back to 1953. The fair includes carnival rides and games, animal exhibits, monster trucks, pony rides, garden tractor pulls, pig races, pie-eating contests, hamster ball and camel rides, and more.
Thursday is Senior Citizens Day, with free admission until 3 p.m. for senior citizens, the disabled and military members. Friday is Children's Day at the fair.

Crowd-pleasers include a cutest kid contest, an antique tractor pull, country singer Brandon Lay on Saturday night, 4-H and FFA exhibits, and the Reggie Rice Comedy Magic Show.
Beer and wine sales are in two locations on the midway. Get wristband and tickets at the fair's Information Booth. Sangria, while merlot, pinot grigio, cabernet, and white zinfandel varieties will also be sold for $6.

- Friday, Sept. 15, 4 p.m.-11 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 17, 9 a.m.-11 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 18, 9 a.m.-8 p.m
