Anne Arundel County Public Schools Make Weather Decision
The school system has already announced a decision on Thursday classes.

With wind chills predicted to be below zero Thursday morning, the Anne Arundel County Public Schools system is delaying the start of classes by two hours.
There will be no morning half-day pre-kindergarten or ECI classes on Jan. 8. Students in full-day pre-kindergarten classes will have class, and should report two hours later than normal.
In a news release the system urged parents to ensure their children are dressed appropriately for the extremely cold conditions.

The school system says the delay will allow parents, students, and employees time to take proper precautions for the cold temperatures and to ensure that buildings and buses are ready to go.
