Armed Robber At Large After Monday Heist: Police

He stole a man's wallet in an apartment stairwell, say Annapolis police.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Annapolis police are looking for a robber who pulled a gun and stole a man's wallet on Monday morning, according to a police report.

The robbery occurred at about 9 a.m. in the stairwell of an apartment building in the 1000 block of Madison Street, the police said. When the victim refused, the robber pulled out a handgun and took his wallet, and then left the area on foot. The police did not release the victim's name and age, or a description of the robber.
