Arrest Made in Annapolis Drive-By Shooting

Police have charged a Brooklyn man with wounding two people in a vehicle.

Police have arrested a man for Tuesday’s drive-by shooting that injured two people in a vehicle.

Tylique Proctor, 19, of Brooklyn was arrested by Anne Arundel County Sheriff’s deputies for the shots fired on June 4 in the unit block of Juliana Circle.

Annapolis Police officers called to the area found two adult victims were in a moving vehicle when a suspect in another vehicle shot at and struck the victims’ vehicle. The suspect vehicle fled the area before officers arrived.

Proctor was later identified as the shooter and was charged with two counts of first- and second-degree assault, two counts of reckless endangerment, use of a firearm in a violent crime, destruction of property, and handgun on person.

He is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center on $500,000 bond.
