Baltimore Man Found Guilty Of Dealing Crack, Heroin In Glen Burnie

He was observed exchanging items with a woman in a parking lot, then police pulled him over and found the drugs, says a press release.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A Baltimore man was found guilty of dealing narcotics in Glen Burnie, according to a press release from the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office.

Tyshon Antwon McClain, 23, of Baltimore, was found guilty of several charges relating to distribution of drugs. The charges came from an April 21 surveillance mission, when investigators observed McClain exchanging items with a woman in a shopping center in Glen Burnie.

The woman was waiting in the parking lot and walked to the side of a restaurant where she stopped and continued waiting, the press release says. About five minutes later, McClain parked near her. The woman approached McClain's vehicle "where she and McClain exchanged items," according to the press release.

A jury found McClain guilty of distribution of narcotics, two counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a drug other than marijuana.
