Boy Burned When Brother Played with Lighter: Officials
Two boys left unattended at an Annapolis homeless shelter played with a lighter, and one was seriously burned.

A boy was seriously burned when he and his brother were playing with a lighter at an Annapolis homeless shelter.
The Capital-Gazette newspaper reports a 4-year-old boy was flown to the Johns Hopkins Pediatric Intensive Care unit in Baltimore Sunday morning with serious burns. The youngster was accidentally set on fire by his 6-year-old brother who was playing with a lighter at the Light House shelter.

Firefighters say the younger boy suffered serious, but non-life threatening, burns to his torso, chest and shoulders.
Annapolis Fire Department spokesman Janet Wiseman told the newspaper the boys were left unattended.
