Duff Rubin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mid-Atlantic, is pleased to announce that Kathy Brooks, manager of the company’s Annapolis Church Circle office, was named to the prestigious NRT President’s Council.

The President’s Council recognizes the branch managers of the top 19 percent of approximately 790 offices nationwide within the NRT network who demonstrate exemplary leadership and management skills.
