Cabbie, Passenger Throw Punches: Annapolis Police
An Annapolis cab driver and his passenger argued, got out of the car to fight, and the cabbie ended up being robbed, police say.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — A cab driver and his passenger argued Monday, which then turned into an exchange of punches and a robbery, Annapolis Police say.
The men got out of the cab about 5:40 a.m. in the 1100 block of Frederick Douglass Street to scuffle, which resulted in the cab driver being knocked to the ground face-first. While he was on the ground, the passenger reportedly took two cell phones from the cabbie's pocket and ran off.
Police say the victim refused medical treatment.
